The engineering office

We are an engineering office that has established itself by the design of customer orders for more than 20 years.

Due to many years of experience in prototype construction, we offer our knowledge in this field. Furthermore we build prototypes made of plastic, aluminium, wood and steel, a part of which is produced in-house.

In the field of development and design, we support your implementation of the draft, the detail design, the transition to serial production or the complete project management. Strength analyses prior to the construction of prototypes or serial production moulds are important tools to shorten development time and save costs. Also in this field, we are your partner.

Design and development

In the field of design and development, we use the CAD system Creo 2.0 by PTC (Parametric Technology GmbH). With this software, 3D volume data can be created, data from other systems can be imported and data can be exported to other formats. Therefore we are flexible as regards the CAD software available on the market.

In addition to fundamentals of design as the creation of assemblies and the derivation of documentation as drawings and bills of materials, we develop dynamic models, which constitute virtual representations of fully functioning assemblies.

Using the finite element module, we create strength analyses, which identify the critical areas of load-bearing parts prior to the construction of prototypes and serial parts.

According to jointly prepared technical specifications, we work on your project step by step in order to achieve the defined goal.

Calculations of fees are carried out based on time spent or according to the technical specifications and are set out in an offer.

Prototype construction

We offer the construction of prototypes from a single source. It does not matter which production methods and materials are used. Due to our network, established in recent years, we will find a solution.

In the field of aluminium and plastic milling, we are at your side with our own processing machine.

Our 3D printing business area is currently being established and offers the printing of a variety of plastics. The variants are daily increasing in numbers and are further developed on an ongoing basis. We are constantly testing new materials that we can offer. If you have your own materials that you would like to use, they will gladly be tested.

Here is a list of the materials currently in use:

  • Innofil3D Pro1 Naturweiß, Schwarz
  • Taulman Bridge Nylon
  • Colorfabb Economy PLA Schwarz
  • Ultimaker PLA Silber, Gelb
  • Ultimaker PVA
  • NuNus ABS
  • igus iglidur I180 weiß

3D printing offers a wide spectrum of colours and properties for visual prototypes, architectural models, functional prototypes, and much more.
